Operations Coordinator
The operations Coordinator is the backbone of Q Impacts' day-to-day execution. This role ensures that client deliverables, internal systems, project timelines, and team coordination run smoothly and consistently. The right person for this role is someone who thrives behind the scenes, loves structure, and takes genuine pride in keeping everything organized and on track.
This is a high-trust role that will interface directly with the CEO client-facing teams, and our intern cohort. The operations Coordinator is responsible for holding the team accountable to timelines, maintaining project management systems, and serving as the operational hub for all active client engagements.
