· Enable Clinical Leaders: Coach, train, and deliver constructive feedback to medical and clinical managers on healthcare compliance, objective interviewing, and modern assessment frameworks.

What You Need to Succeed:
· Education: Bachelor’s degree in human resources, healthcare administration, or a closely related field is highly preferred.
· Experience: Minimum of 5 years of full-cycle recruitment experience required, with preference to a strong, proven background directly within healthcare staffing, clinical talent acquisition, or hospital systems. · Credentials: Active SHRM certification (SHRM-CP/SHRM-SCP) or an accredited recruiter credential (such as a SHRM Talent Acquisition Specialty Credential or equivalent) is preferred.
· Strategic Versatility: Ability to seamlessly pivot between hands-on, high-volume day-to-day clinical recruitment and high-level, long-term workforce planning.
· Tech-Savviness: Proficiency in leveraging modern Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and recruitment automation tools to eliminate manual administrative tasks.
· Functional Leadership: Exceptional communication skills to mentor peer recruiters, guide external search firms, and build deep trust with healthcare executives without needing direct supervisory authority.
