Researcher Intern

BDH Group is looking for a Researcher Intern to support research, talent mapping, market intelligence, and opportunity analysis across BDH Group businesses to help inform decisions and drive growth.

What You'll Do:

  • Talent Mapping – Identify and map top talent across markets, functions, and geographies
  • Fast Shortlists – Run targeted searches and build concise candidate or lead lists
  • Research + Interviews – Conduct outreach and interviews with candidates, experts, and partners
  • Market/Business Research – Research companies, sectors, trends, and competitors across BDH businesses
  • Opportunity Analysis – Evaluate and size opportunities and provide clear, actionable recommendations

You'll Work Across BDH Businesses: Real Estate, Hospitality, Design & Build, Investments, Industrial & Operations, and more

Good Fit: Someone curious, analytical, and resourceful — a strong researcher and communicator, comfortable with data, people, and business insights.

Expected Output: Clear shortlists, research notes, interview summaries, market insights, and opportunity recommendations.
