About the Role
AGORA is hiring part-time remote Commercial Real Estate Outreach Specialists to support an off-market real estate prospecting campaign.
In this role, you will contact commercial property owners, including manufactured housing and mobile home park owners, to understand whether they may be open to a potential sale, valuation discussion, or future conversation with the client’s acquisitions team.
This is a strong opportunity for someone interested in commercial real estate, sales, investing, private equity, acquisitions, brokerage, entrepreneurship, or business development.
You are not expected to close transactions. Your role is to start professional conversations, identify owner interest, collect accurate information, and pass qualified opportunities to the client team.
Training will be provided.
Responsibilities
- Make outbound calls to commercial real estate property owners and operators
- Introduce the client’s interest in speaking with owners who may be open to a sale or future conversation
- Use AGORA’s mobile app to place calls, follow scripts, enter notes, and update call statuses
- Ask approved qualification questions in a professional and respectful way
- Identify owners who may be interested in selling, learning their property’s value, or having a future conversation
- Collect accurate notes on owner interest, timing, objections, and next steps
- Escalate qualified opportunities to the client or AGORA team according to the campaign workflow
- Maintain a confident, polished, and professional tone on every call
- Follow campaign scripts, compliance expectations, and outreach guidelines
- Attend weekly meetings for campaign updates, feedback, and performance coaching
- Communicate recurring objections, bad data, or lead-quality issues to the Agent Operations Team
Ideal Candidate

- Professional enough to represent a real estate acquisitions campaign
- Comfortable asking direct but respectful qualification questions
- Detail-oriented and able to document owner feedback accurately
- Coachable and willing to follow a structured sales process
- Motivated by commission upside and performance-based rewards
- Able to work independently in a remote contractor role
Requirements
- Must be based in the United States
- Strong verbal communication skills
- Reliable phone, internet connection, and quiet calling environment
- Ability to work approximately 10 hours per week
- Availability to make calls during approved EST–PST calling windows
- Ability to work independently as a remote 1099 contractor
- Ability to follow scripts, workflows, and campaign instructions carefully
- Willingness to attend weekly team meetings
- Prior experience in sales, real estate, customer service, business development, recruiting, finance, or phone outreach is helpful but not required

Compensation
This role pays $20/hour base pay plus commission.
Top performers may earn up to approximately $50/hour in total effective compensation, depending on campaign performance and commission outcomes.
Commission details will be explained during onboarding and may be based on qualified owner conversations, interested seller leads, booked follow-up calls, or other approved campaign outcomes.
