What You'll Be Creating

You'll help shape the public voice of Press Play by creating content that entertains, inspires, and grows our community.

Your work may include:

  • Creating engaging social media posts, Reels, TikToks, Stories, Shorts, and other short-form content
  • Developing creative marketing campaigns that grow our audience and increase engagement
  • Designing graphics and promotional materials for artists, interviews, events, and platform announcements
  • Helping build artist pages that showcase musicians in compelling and authentic ways
  • Collaborating directly with artists as they join the platform
  • Writing captions, marketing copy, and creative storytelling content
  • Tracking social media performance and identifying opportunities for growth
  • Staying on top of trends while helping us create new ones
  • Brainstorming bold ideas that help Press Play stand out from everything else online

We're Looking For Someone Who

  • Loves music and believes independent artists deserve more opportunities
  • Has experience growing social media accounts and can demonstrate results
  • Enjoys creating content people actually want to watch and share
  • Is naturally creative and full of ideas
  • Pays attention to the small details
  • Takes initiative instead of waiting for instructions
  • Enjoys collaborating with others while also working independently
  • Is dependable, organized, and eager to learn
  • Understands professionalism and represents artists with integrity
  • Wants to help build something that could become much bigger than themselves

Experience with any of these is helpful, but not required.

This internship is approximately 10 hours per week and is currently unpaid.

As Press Play grows, we expect to expand our team with paid positions for individuals who have demonstrated exceptional commitment, creativity, and leadership.

Additionally, exceptional founding team members who demonstrate leadership, long-term commitment, and significant contributions may be invited to discuss future ownership or equity opportunities. Such opportunities would be based entirely on company growth, individual performance, and mutual agreement, and are not guaranteed.
