We are home to 49 independent studios for beauty professionals, including hairstylists, estheticians, nail artists, lash techs, and more; each operating their own boutique business under one stylish roof. It’s a vibrant, creative environment with incredible potential for visual content.
Position Overview
We are seeking a creative, motivated Social Media Marketing Intern to help grow and manage our digital presence, in collaboration with our Marketing Agency. This hands-on opportunity lets you build a real portfolio in a visually stunning, fast-paced beauty environment. The position is available year-round, with flexible scheduling to accommodate your academic calendar.
What You’ll Do
- Create engaging photo and video content (Reels, TikToks, Stories) showcasing our studios and beauty professionals
- Manage and grow our Instagram and Facebook presence
- Execute a content calendar with consistent weekly posts
- Engage with followers, respond to comments and DMs, and build community
- Track analytics and provide regular performance summaries
- Support promotional campaigns for studio availability and local events
What We’re Looking For
- Currently enrolled in a Marketing, Communications, Digital Media, Public Relations, or related program
- Strong eye for visual content and current social media trends, especially in beauty and lifestyle
- Proficiency with Instagram, TikTok, and Facebook; familiarity with Canva or CapCut is a plus
- Self-starter with strong written communication skills
- Prior social media management experience a plus, but not required
