About Us

Spellbinders Paper Arts is a creative product company based in Phoenix, AZ. We design innovative tools and supplies for makers worldwide — think die-cutting machines, stamps, craft kits, and more — sold on Spellbinders.com and through hundreds of retailers globally. Our in-house creative team brings every product to life, from initial concept through final production.

The Role

We're looking for a detail-oriented designer who loves both the creative and technical sides of graphic design. You'll work alongside our Creative Director turning concepts and sketches into polished vector artwork, product packaging, instruction sheets, and marketing materials — for print and digital.

This is a great opportunity for someone who has strong Adobe Illustrator skills, takes pride in clean production files, and wants to grow their career in a fast-paced, product-driven creative environment.

What You'll Do

• Create vector illustrations and production-ready artwork in Adobe Illustrator
• Design product packaging, instruction sheets, and marketing collateral
• Prepare print-ready and digital assets for product launches
• Collaborate with the Creative Director and design team from concept to launch
• Manage multiple projects while meeting deadlines

What We're Looking For

• Proficiency in Adobe Illustrator and Adobe Creative Cloud
• Strong vector illustration and production art skills
• Understanding of typography, color theory, and visual hierarchy
• Ability to work across multiple design styles
• Organized, detail-oriented, and collaborative
• Interest in papercrafting, DIY, or creative hobbies is a big plus!

Compensation & Benefits

• $44,000 – $48,000 per year
