Ecommerce & Digital Marketing Specialist

Ecommerce

  • Run and grow our Shopify storefront — products, collections, promotions, the whole experience
  • Make the site easier to shop and easier to convert
  • Launch new products and seasonal campaigns
  • Watch the numbers and act on them

Digital Advertising

  • Build and manage campaigns on Google and Meta (Facebook/Instagram)
  • Own budgets, targeting, and ROAS
  • Write ad copy and shape creative direction
  • Build retargeting and acquisition strategies that actually work

Growth & Marketing Support

  • Partner with the marketing team on strategy and execution
  • Support email and SMS campaigns
  • Dig into analytics and customer behavior to find what’s working
  • Keep an eye on what’s next in ecommerce and digital marketing

What We’re Looking For

  • 2–5 years in ecommerce, digital marketing, or DTC brand management
  • Hands-on Shopify experience (required)
  • Experience with Google Ads and/or Meta Ads
  • Strong understanding of ecommerce customer journeys and conversion optimization
  • Comfortable analyzing data and performance metrics independently
  • Organized, self-motivated, and able to juggle more than one thing at a time

Nice to have, not required:

  • Experience with food, CPG, or premium consumer brands
  • Associate’s degree or higher
  • Familiarity with Klaviyo, Google Analytics, or similar tools
  • Some graphic design or copywriting experience
  • Experience with subscriptions or DTC fulfillment
