Human Resources Specialist (Bilingual, Chinese and English)
- Post, update and remove job ads from job boards, careers pages and social networks;
- Screen resumes and schedule and confirm interviews between candidates and hiring managers;
- Update our internal databases with candidate info. including contact details and summary of interview feedback;
- Prepare HR-related reports when needed;
- Distribute company policies in digital forms;
- Participate in organizing company events together with Admin department;
- Set-up New hire Orientation, arrange monthly training activities;
- Coordinate and collect HR-relevant data from the supervisor.
