Human Resources Specialist (Bilingual, Chinese and English)

  1. Post, update and remove job ads from job boards, careers pages and social networks;
  2. Screen resumes and schedule and confirm interviews between candidates and hiring managers;
  3. Update our internal databases with candidate info. including contact details and summary of interview feedback;
  4. Prepare HR-related reports when needed;
  5. Distribute company policies in digital forms;
  6. Participate in organizing company events together with Admin department;
  7.  Set-up New hire Orientation, arrange monthly training activities; 
  8. Coordinate and collect HR-relevant data from the supervisor.
