Part-Time Administrator Recruiter Phone Specialist

Richard Allen, Inc. is seeking a self-motivated Part-Time Administrator/Recruiter to join our growing team. This role is ideal for a driven individual looking to build hands-on experience in human resources, talent acquisition, and social media marketing within a fast-paced, people-first organization. You will play an active role in our daily operations, company culture, and recruiting pipeline while growing alongside a supportive team.

 

Recruiting & Talent Acquisition

  • Assist with end-to-end recruiting activities including sourcing candidates, posting openings, and managing applicant outreach
  • Schedule and coordinate Zoom interviews throughout the day, managing calendar logistics for hiring managers and candidates
  • Invite qualified candidates to apply and maintain consistent, professional communication throughout the hiring process
  • Support the creation of job descriptions, job postings, and screening criteria as needed

Administration & Records Management

  • Maintain and update Roll Call (company roster/attendance system) to ensure accuracy at all times
  • Manage administrative tasks related to onboarding, scheduling, and internal communications Serve as a reliable point of contact for internal coordination and follow-up

Culture & Events Coordination

  • Assist in planning and coordinating company social events, including holiday celebrations and fundraisers
  • Attend weekly Office Night every Wednesday from 6:00-7:00 PM to support team engagement and culture initiative
  • Contribute ideas and energy toward building and sustaining a positive, inclusive company culture

Social Medla & Content Creation

  • Create engaging, on-brand content for Richard Allen, Inc.'s social media platforms
  • Schedule and publish posts consistently across relevant channels
  • Monitor engagement and assist in growing the company's online presence and employer brandRequired
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-moving environment
  • Comfortable with video conferencing tools (Zoom, Teams, or similar)
  • Social media savvy - familiar with platforms such as Linkedin, Instagram, and Facebook
  • Self-starter mentality with a positive, team-oriented attitude

Preferred

  • Interest or coursework in Human Resources, Business Administration, Communications, or
    Marketing
  • Prior experience in an office, administrative, or customer-facing role (internships count!)
  • Familiarity with applicant tracking systems or HRIS platforms is a plus
  • Basic graphic design or content creation skills (Canva, Adobe, etc.)
