Summer Sales Associate
Need a summer internship ASAP? Looking to gain skills between semesters?
We are scouting local Miami talent to fill our Summer Sales Associate role! In this role, we will be training summer sales representatives to help expand our team during our busiest time of the year.
Our management team will also happily write letters of recommendations for employees returning to university, scholarships, full-time job opportunities, etc at the end of summer.
What you will do:
- Becoming the face that represents our clients at local events in the greater Miami area
- B2C Sales and Outreach: Conducting cold-outreach on behalf of our clients
- Daily in-office trainings to provide as much education and support as possible
- Analyzing daily metrics of performance with direct manager to encourage growth and support during day-to-day operations
- Increasing Customer Lifetime Value to ensure long-term retention for our clients
- Receive day-to-day, individualized training from our Client Relations Manager to ensure maximum success
- Travel opportunities available
- Creating awareness and securing donations for some of the largest non-profits in the nation
- This is a performance-based role, which gives unlimited opportunities for pay
