GROWTH & CREATIVE MARKETING COORDINATOR (PART-TIME INTERNSHIP)

Ovation Insurance is a premium-positioned, fast-scaling independent insurance agency in Fort Wayne, Indiana. We protect Allen County families and small businesses with premier, high-value asset-protection products.

We are searching for an energetic, detail-oriented High School or College Intern to join our team as a Growth & Creative Coordinator.

You will work directly with our leadership and lead advisors to coordinate premium physical direct mail campaigns, run local field operations, and support short-form vertical video production.

THE CORE MISSION: PROTECT OUR ADVISORS' SELLING HOURS

Our licensed advisors must spend their high-value hours purely building relationships and closing accounts. Your job is to handle the operational, creative, and physical logistics of our marketing campaigns so our team can operate at peak efficiency. You are the engine behind the scenes.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES & PROJECTS

  • Direct Mail Operations: Manage our daily personalized outbound mailer pipeline. You will prepare envelopes, hand-write addresses to ensure a 100% open rate, coordinate live stamps, and physically affix reciprocity-inducing local coffee or dining gift cards and premium dimensional inserts to engage high-value prospects.
  • The Onboarding & Experience Champion: Deliver a breathtaking customer experience during the critical first 100 days of the client relationship. You will coordinate milestone appreciation gifts for newly onboarded clients, and help celebrate new business achievements (such as ordering and delivering custom celebration cakes to a contractor’s office when their policy binds!).
  • Field Operations & Underwriting Support: Hit the streets of Fort Wayne. You will drive around the Allen County area to take required exterior photos of properties for carrier underwriting as needed, drop off marketing handouts to local real estate and CPA partners, and manage the physical placement and retrieval of agency yard signs.
  • Content & Social Media Assistant: Support our Meta (Facebook/Instagram) and TikTok video funnels. You will help film local B-roll, hold tripods for our advisors' walk-and-talk ad shoots, clip short-form vertical video assets, and manage content scheduling across channels.

WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR (THE RIGHT FIT)

  • Local & Available: You must live in the greater Fort Wayne / Allen County area and have reliable personal transportation to handle local field operations (photos, drops, and deliveries). You must be available for 15–25 hours per week.
  • Aesthetic Eye & Attention to Detail: You take pride in extreme neatness. Envelopes must be hand-addressed beautifully, gift cards perfectly placed, and marketing brochures meticulously folded.
  • Social Media Native: You know what makes a short-form vertical video engaging. Familiarity with mobile editing apps (like CapCut or Canva) is a major plus.
  • Energy & Character: You are sincere, coachable, resilient, and eager to learn the principles of direct-response marketing and consumer psychology. You love seeing physical projects come together!

STRICT COMPLIANCE BOUNDARIES (WHAT YOU WON'T DO)

Ovation Insurance operates strictly within federal and state insurance regulations. Because you are not licensed, you will have absolutely zero involvement in core insurance sales or operations. You will NOT: discuss policy coverages, explain exclusions, take quote details, negotiate terms, or solicit insurance contracts. Your role is 100% focused on administrative coordination, physical logistics, and creative marketing assistance.
