What You'll Actually Do

You'll be trained from scratch to become a professional headhunter in the legal tech market. Daily work looks like this:

Research and sourcing: Identifying top sales talent across legal tech, CLM, and SaaS companies using LinkedIn, AI Tools, and referral networks

Outbound outreach: Calling, messaging, and engaging people who aren't necessarily looking for a new job and convincing them to hear you out anyway

Qualifying conversations: Running structured calls to understand someone's background, goals, and fit

Candidate development: Building real relationships with high-performing sales professionals over time

Pipeline management: Staying organized, following up consistently, and owning your activity

Learning the market: Getting smart fast on legal tech, SaaS sales, and what great performance looks like in enterprise sales roles

This is a high-activity, high-contact, high-energy role. It rewards people who show up ready to go every single day.

The Earning Potential Is Real

Base salary plus uncapped commission.

There is no ceiling. Your income grows directly with your output. Recruiters who build their craft and put in the work build six-figure incomes, and they do it faster than almost any other entry-level career path available to a graduating athlete.

What We're Looking For

Required:

Former college athlete (any division, team sport background preferred)

Bachelor's degree

Exceptional verbal communication skills

Coachable, curious, and competitive by nature

Willing to pick up the phone, a lot

High resilience and doesn't fold under rejection or pressure

Genuine interest in building a business and income over time

A plus (but not required):

Any sales experience: phone sales, fundraising, summer jobs with commission, door-to-door, anything

Leadership experience on your team (captain, position leader, etc.)

Some adversity in your story, something you had to fight through
