Organizational Development Intern

Job Summary

Supports HR and leadership teams by assisting in improving workplace culture, employee engagement, and overall organizational effectiveness through various tactics and methods.

Principal Duties & Responsibilities

Typical responsibilities may include employee engagement analysis and planning, assisting with change management programs, helping with knowledge management, and supporting training/professional development opportunities.

Planning, supporting, and participating in our Employee Celebration Month will also play a significant role during this internship.

Required Qualifications

Students currently enrolled in an accredited undergraduate or graduate degree program, or a recent graduate.

Preferred Majors: Organizational Development, Human Resources, Industrial/Organizational (I/O) Psychology, Business Administration, or Communications.
