Key Accountability
The Human Resources Intern will support the HR team in delivering key HR services across the organization. This role provides hands-on exposure to core HR functions and the intern will gain valuable experience in a fast-paced HR environment while contributing to meaningful projects that support business outcomes.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist with day-to-day HR administrative tasks and coordination
- Support HR team members with employee lifecycle activities (e.g., onboarding, offboarding, record updates)
- Help maintain accurate employee data and documentation in HR systems
- Provide support for employee engagement activities and internal communications
- Assist in preparing reports, presentations, and HR materials
- Support scheduling and coordination of meetings, interviews, and events
- Contribute to the planning and execution of training and development initiatives
- Assist with HR-related projects, research, and process improvements
- Other tasks as needed
Knowledge and Experience
- Pursuing a degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field
- Strong organizational and communication skills
- Process improvement initiatives
- Attention to detail and ability to handle confidential information
- Basic proficiency in Microsoft Office
