Social Media Content Creator
Position Overview
We're looking for someone who can create engaging social media content, film and edit videos, and help grow our presence on Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, and Google. The ideal candidate enjoys storytelling, has an eye for fashion and marketing, and can take initiative when developing content ideas.
Responsibilities
- Create photo and video content in-store and at local events
- Film and edit short-form videos (Reels, TikToks, Shorts)
- Develop content ideas and monthly content calendars
- Post and manage content across social media platforms
- Feature products, custom suits, customer success stories, and behind-the-scenes content
- Photograph new inventory and promotional campaigns
- Monitor social media engagement and respond to comments/messages when needed
- Collaborate with ownership on marketing campaigns and promotions
- Help build relationships with local influencers and community organizations
Qualifications
- Experience creating content for social media platforms
- Comfortable filming and editing videos on a smartphone and/or camera
- Familiarity with Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, and Canva
- Strong communication and creative skills
- Ability to work independently and bring new ideas
- Interest in fashion, retail, or small business marketing is a plus
