We're building the future of conscious, organized shopping and we want creative voices to help us tell that story.
The Role
We're looking for a UGC Content Creation Intern to help us grow SCOUT's presence on TikTok and Instagram through authentic, relatable short-form content. You'll create videos that show real shoppers why SCOUT is their new favorite app — think price drop reactions, wishlist reveals, haul savings breakdowns, and "why didn't I have this sooner" moments.
What You'll Do
- Film and edit short-form UGC-style videos (TikTok, Reels, YouTube Shorts) that showcase SCOUT's features and benefits
- Script and film content around price tracking wins, shopping organization, gift lists, and collaborative wishlists
- Brainstorm creative hooks and trending formats to make SCOUT feel discoverable and shareable
- Assist with content calendars and posting schedules
- Monitor trends in shopping, lifestyle, and personal finance content and bring ideas to the team
- Optionally: help identify and brief external UGC creators
What We're Looking For
- Currently enrolled in a college or university program (marketing, communications, business, fashion, or related field preferred)
- Active on TikTok or Instagram — you understand what makes content stop the scroll
- Comfortable filming yourself on a smartphone and editing on CapCut, InShot, or similar
- A natural storyteller who can write punchy hooks and scripts
- Someone who genuinely enjoys shopping, deals, and finding a good bargain
- Self-starter who thrives in a remote, async-friendly environment
- Bonus: experience with app-based or e-commerce content, or a following of your own
