Social Media and Content Coordinator

Social Media & Content Coordinator

New York City (In-Person)

Salary: $70,000–$85,000 + Performance Bonus

About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated, creative, and organized Social Media & Content Coordinator to join our growing team. This is an in-person role based in New York City, supporting both our surgical practice and our consumer haircare brand, Feel Confident.

The ideal candidate is passionate about social media, content creation, storytelling, and digital marketing. They should be comfortable working in a fast-paced environment and excited to help grow multiple brands across YouTube, Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, X, LinkedIn, and emerging platforms.

Key ResponsibilitiesContent Creation & Social Media Management

  • Capture, edit, and publish content across all social media platforms
  • Assist with filming and production of YouTube videos, Shorts, Reels, and behind-the-scenes content
  • Create engaging graphics, captions, thumbnails, and social assets
  • Manage content calendars and posting schedules
  • Monitor trends and identify opportunities for viral and high-performing content
  • Engage with online communities and respond to comments and messages as appropriate

Practice Marketing

  • Support content initiatives for City Facial Plastics and Linkov Hair Surgery
  • Highlight patient journeys, educational content, procedures, and practice updates
  • Coordinate with physicians and staff to identify compelling stories and content opportunities
  • Assist with email marketing, review generation, and lead nurturing campaigns

Feel Confident Brand Marketing

  • Support social media growth and content creation for Feel Confident
  • Collaborate on product launches, promotional campaigns, influencer partnerships, and UGC initiatives
  • Assist with customer acquisition efforts across organic and paid channels
  • Track performance metrics and identify opportunities to increase engagement, traffic, and sales

Analytics & Growth

  • Track social media, website, and campaign performance
  • Prepare monthly performance reports and insights
  • Help identify opportunities to improve lead generation, conversion rates, customer acquisition, and brand awareness
  • Contribute ideas that directly impact business growth

Qualifications

  • 2+ years of social media management and content creation experience preferred.
  • Demonstrated success growing either a personal social media account or a company account
  • Experience in aesthetics, healthcare, beauty, wellness, or luxury brands is a plus
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in marketing, communications, media, business, or a related field
  • Strong understanding of Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, Facebook, LinkedIn, and emerging social platforms
  • Experience with video editing software such as CapCut, Premiere Pro, Final Cut, or similar
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Highly organized with exceptional attention to detail
  • Self-starter who can work independently and execute quickly
  • Photography, videography, or graphic design experience is a plus

Compensation & Benefits

  • Base salary of $70,000–$85,000 annually, depending on experience and qualifications
  • Eligibility for performance-based bonuses tied to revenue growth, lead generation, audience growth, content performance, and other agreed-upon KPIs
