IRAS Group is a hospitality and real estate development, investment, and management company seeking a Hospitality Operations Analyst to support financial analysis, operational reviews, business development initiatives, and special projects across its portfolio.
Key Responsibilities
- Analyze financial and operational data and provide actionable recommendations.
- Assist with monthly financial reviews, budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis.
- Prepare reports, presentations, and executive summaries for management.
- Support business development efforts through market research and competitive analysis.
- Assist with project management, tracking timelines, deliverables, and project milestones.
- Conduct research and data analysis to support strategic initiatives and decision-making.
- Collaborate with operations, accounting, and management teams on various projects.
- Utilize internal and external databases and reporting systems.
- Perform other duties and special projects as assigned.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, Hospitality Management, Economics, Data Analytics, or a related field.
- 1–3 years of relevant experience preferred.
- Experience with Yardi Breeze, InnFlow, Marriott, Hilton, or similar systems is a plus.
- Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Office.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- English required; bilingual English/Spanish preferred.
Compensation
Competitive salary based on experience, starting at $60,000 annually.
