Community Manager
Community Manager for B2C Mobile Apps (UGC & Social)
We're a UGC and influencer marketing agency scaling B2C mobile apps through creator-led content. We're looking for a Community Manager to own social presence and community engagement across our client app portfolio.
About the Role
You'll manage day-to-day social media operations for multiple mobile app brands, engage with their communities, coordinate UGC content, and help turn followers into active users. This is a hands-on role for someone who lives on social platforms and understands what makes content perform.
Responsibilities
- Manage and schedule content across TikTok, Instagram, and other social channels for multiple client apps
- Engage daily with community comments, DMs, and mentions to build brand loyalty
- Coordinate and repurpose UGC content from our creator network
- Monitor social trends and identify content opportunities relevant to each app
- Track and report on engagement metrics, growth, and community sentiment
- Collaborate with our content and creator teams to keep posting calendars full
- Respond to user feedback and escalate product issues to clients when needed
Minimum Requirements
- 1+ years managing social media or community for consumer brands (apps a plus)
- Native or fluent English (written communication will be evaluated)
- Strong understanding of TikTok and Instagram, including current trends and formats
- Experience with scheduling tools (Later, Buffer, Metricool, or similar)
- Reliable internet and availability to overlap with US time zones
- Self-starter who can manage multiple brands without close supervision
Preferred Skills
- Background in UGC, influencer marketing, or creator coordination
- Basic copywriting and short-form video editing (CapCut)
- Experience with analytics tools and reporting
- Familiarity with mobile app growth or B2C products
