About the Role
Kika is a fast-growing family nutrition brand, and we're looking for a hands-on, highly organized assistant to support our CEO and head of operations. This hybrid role spans operations, marketing, customer support, and events — perfect for someone equally comfortable at a brand activation, in a spreadsheet, or packing an order. You'll work closely with the founder and have direct visibility into how a modern wellness brand runs.
What You'll Do
Support the founder and COO with scheduling, daily tasks, and ongoing projects
Assist with brand events and activations — including customer interaction and on-site sales support
Fulfill orders end to end: packing, generating shipping labels in Shopify, and preparing shipments
Handle inbound customer support emails promptly and professionally
Track inventory and keep operational records organized in Google Workspace
Assist with marketing assets for events and campaigns using Canva or Photoshop
What We're Looking For
Highly organized, proactive, and comfortable juggling creative and operational work
Excellent written communication and a customer-first mindset
Strong copywriting skills — comfortable drafting captions, emails, and product copy
Comfortable with outreach to partners, affiliates, or collaborators
Discreet and professional — you'll have close access to the founder and internal operations
Proficient in Google Workspace; familiar with AI tools (Claude, ChatGPT, etc.)
Reliable and adaptable in a small, fast-moving environment
Genuine interest in wellness, nutrition, or lifestyle brands
Nice to Have
Experience with Shopify and/or Klaviyo
Design skills in Canva, Figma, or Photoshop
Interest in social media and content creation
Background in consumer products, food & beverage, or wellness
