Painting on Park is seeking an organized, dependable, and self-motivated Studio Operations Coordinator to help support the daily operations of our busy art studio. This role is perfect for someone who enjoys working with families, thrives in a creative environment, and takes pride in keeping things running smoothly behind the scenes.
We are looking for someone who can balance administrative responsibilities with hands-on support during classes, camps, and special events.
Responsibilities
Studio Operations & Administration
- Manage daily administrative tasks and studio communications
- Respond to parent inquiries via email, phone, and text
- Maintain student records, attendance, registrations, and schedules
- Create and manage Google Sheets, Forms, and Docs
- Assist with enrollment, billing support, and program registration
- Help maintain organized systems and processes to support studio operations
- Coordinate supplies, inventory, and studio organization
Marketing & Communication
- Assist with social media content creation, scheduling, and engagement
- Support email marketing campaigns and studio announcements
- Help create flyers, graphics, and promotional materials
- Maintain consistent communication with current and prospective families
Program & Event Support
- Assist instructors during classes, camps, birthday parties, and special events
- Help with classroom setup, cleanup, and organization
- Support student check-in and dismissal procedures
- Ensure the studio remains welcoming, clean, and presentation-ready
Qualifications
- Highly organized with strong attention to detail
- Self-motivated and able to work independently
- Friendly, professional, and customer-service oriented
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Comfortable multitasking in a fast-paced environment
- Proficient in:
- Google Sheets
- Google Docs
- Google Forms
- Gmail and email management
- Instagram and Facebook
Preferred Skills
- Working knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite:
- Photoshop
- Illustrator
- InDesign
- Acrobat
- Experience working with children and families
- Painting, crafting, or artistic experience
- Photography, content creation, or graphic design experience
