Position Summary
Tech Army, LLC is an IT consulting and workforce solutions firm that supports government and enterprise clients requiring structured delivery, compliance alignment, and operational consistency.
Students currently enrolled in an accredited college or university are encouraged to apply.
The Human Resources Intern will support the HR department in daily operations, with exposure to recruitment, HR compliance, workforce administration, and internal HR processes. This role is designed to provide hands-on experience in a structured corporate environment with emphasis on documentation accuracy, process adherence, and professional standards aligned with client and regulatory requirements.
This internship offers valuable real-world experience for students interested in Human Resources, Talent Acquisition, Compliance, and Workforce Management. High-performing interns may be considered for future full-time employment opportunities within the organization.
Key Responsibilities
• Assist with recruitment activities including job postings, candidate sourcing, resume screening, and interview scheduling.
• Support recruiters in sourcing candidates through job boards, university partnerships, and applicant tracking systems (ATS).
• Support onboarding and offboarding processes ensuring compliance with internal procedures.
• Maintain and update employee records in HR systems and internal databases.
• Assist in preparing HR documentation such as offer letters, employment forms, and internal notices.
• Support timesheet tracking, attendance records, and workforce reporting processes.
• Help ensure HR documentation aligns with compliance and audit requirements.
• Assist in employee inquiries under the supervision of HR staff.
• Support HR projects related to workforce management, employee engagement, and process improvement.
• Gain exposure to Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS), HRIS platforms, and workforce management tools.
• Participate in administrative tasks related to HR operations and reporting.
• Maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive employee information with discretion.
Qualifications
• Currently enrolled in an accredited college or university and pursuing a Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, Management, or a related field.
Strong interest in Human Resources, Talent Acquisition, Compliance, and Workforce Management.
• Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills in English.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, and Teams).
• Ability to follow structured processes and work in a compliance-driven environment.
• Professionalism in handling confidential and sensitive information.
• Bilingual (English/Spanish) is a plus.
Preferred Skills
• Interest in IT consulting, workforce solutions, or government contracting environments.
• Familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS), HRIS platforms, or recruiting tools is a plus.
• Understanding of basic HR compliance concepts and employment documentation.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
