JOB TITLE: IT Support & Systems Administrator

BV USA is a growing provider of video surveillance, bicycle accessories, and pet supplies serving customers across North America through e-commerce, distribution, and B2B sales channels. Our team is committed to delivering reliable products, excellent customer service, and innovative technology solutions that help businesses and consumers protect what matters most.

As our business continues to expand, we are seeking an experienced IT Support & Systems Administrator to support and improve our internal systems, network infrastructure, cybersecurity, and technology operations. This role will work closely with multiple departments, including Technical Support, Sales, Operations, E-commerce Team, and Management, to ensure the stability, security, and efficiency of our technology environment.


Responsibilities

  • Develop, maintain, and enhance internal enterprise systems and IT infrastructure.
  • Manage and monitor networks, data backup processes, and cybersecurity measures.
  • Provide technical support and troubleshoot hardware, software, network, and connectivity issues.
  • Support system integrations, database administration, and internal web-based applications.
  • Monitor network performance and provide remote IT support when required.
  • Maintain IT documentation, system configurations, and security procedures.
  • Leverage AI-powered tools to improve IT operations, automate routine tasks, assist with troubleshooting, and enhance system monitoring and documentation.
  • Evaluate and implement emerging AI technologies that improve productivity, cybersecurity, and business processes.
  • Configure, maintain, and troubleshoot VPN connections, including SonicWall VPN solutions, to support secure remote access for employees and business operations.
  • Perform other IT-related duties and projects assigned.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree or above in Computer Science, Information Technology, Computer Management, or a related field. 
  • Minimum 2 years of experience as an IT Engineer or similar role.
  • Hands-on experience with MS SQL Server, APIs, ODBC connections, and database management.
  • Strong knowledge of network administration, system security, and cybersecurity.
  • Experience providing remote technical support and troubleshooting across multiple locations.
  • Strong understanding of VPN technologies, remote access solutions, network security, and firewall management.
  • Demonstrated ability to leverage AI technologies to improve operational efficiency and solve technical problems.
  • Experience with IP networking, remote access, NVR/DVR systems, IP cameras, or surveillance/security systems is highly preferred.

Job Type: Full-time. onsite

Yearly Salary Range: $65,000-$75,000
