Marketing Assistant

POSITION: Marketing Assistant

DEPARTMENT: Administration 

JOB SUMMARY: This role supports the marketing team with social media content, basic administrative tasks, and simple creative projects. Ideal for a college student interested in marketing, communications, or digital media who wants hands‑on experience in a healthcare setting.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Social Media Support — Help create and schedule posts for Instagram, Facebook, and TikTok.

Content Creation — Take photos/videos in the office or clinic (as appropriate), assist with simple graphics in Canva.

Basic Admin Tasks — Organize files, update calendars, assist with marketing checklists.

Community Engagement — Help monitor comments/messages and flag items for the marketing team.

Light Research — Look up local events, trends, or ideas for content inspiration.

On‑Site Support — Assist with occasional outreach events or photo sessions.

EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE

Familiarity with social media platforms (Instagram, TikTok, Facebook)

Experience with Canva is a plus but not required

SKILLS

Creativity and interest in social media

Strong communication skills

Organized and reliable

Comfortable taking photos/videos

Ability to maintain confidentiality

 

WORK ENVIRONMENT Primarily office‑based with occasional visits to clinics for content capture. Flexible scheduling around classes.
