Key Responsibilities

  • User Feedback Support: Help gather, organize, and sort through qualitative feedback, feature requests, and bug reports shared by our student users around the world.
  • Research & Interview Assistance: Support the team in setting up simple surveys and coordinating friendly casual chats/interviews with students to learn how they use Sovi.AI.
  • Community Listening: Keep an eye on our feedback channels and Discord groups to catch user pain points early, and share these insights with our design and engineering teams.

Qualifications

  • Academic Background: A background or ongoing studies in Psychology, Sociology, Human-Computer Interaction (HCI), Communications, or any field that sparks your curiosity about people.
  • Empathy & Listening Sense: Highly empathetic and love talking to people. You enjoy listening to students’ study struggles and figuring out the "why" behind what they need.
  • Organized & Clear English: Detail-oriented enough to sort through messy rows of comments, with good English skills to summarize user feedback into clean, easy-to-read notes.
