Bradley's BBQ | Downtown Augusta, GA

Bradley's BBQ is a brand-new BBQ restaurant and bar coming to downtown Augusta, and we're building the team that will bring it to life. Rooted in Augusta and built on a three-generation family tradition of smoke and hospitality, we're looking for skilled, dedicated kitchen talent who want to be part of something special from day one.

We will be open Tuesday–Thursday 11am–9pm and Friday–Saturday 11am–10pm. As our Line Cook / Prep Cook, you are the backbone of Bradley's BBQ. The kitchen sets the standard — everything else follows.

What You'll Do:

  • Prepare, cook, and plate every dish to Bradley's standards, every single time
  • Handle all prep work efficiently to set the kitchen up for a successful service
  • Maintain a clean, organized station throughout your shift
  • Work with urgency and focus during peak hours without sacrificing quality
  • Follow all food safety and sanitation requirements at all times
  • Communicate with your team to keep the kitchen running smoothly

What We're Looking For:

  • Previous kitchen, line cook, or food prep experience preferred
  • A high standard for quality — consistency matters every plate, every shift
  • The ability to work efficiently and stay composed under pressure
  • Strong knowledge of food safety and sanitation practices
  • A team-first attitude; we win together or we don't win at all
  • Dependable, hardworking, and proud of the work coming out of your kitchen
