Role Overview

We are seeking a creative and passionate Digital Creative Designer to join our team. The ideal candidate is an early-career marketing or media professional with a strong interest in visual storytelling, graphic design, and social impact. 

This role focuses on creating short-form video and graphic content that educates and informs audiences about immigration law, including how to file certain cases, important legal updates, and other key information that helps immigrant communities.

This is a part-time, in-office role (two days per week) with the potential for increased hours and a hybrid schedule as the position grows.

Responsibilities

  • Create and edit short-form video content to be shared across various platforms (Reels, TikToks, Facebook)
  • Develop approximately four posts per week highlighting immigration law topics and firm updates
  • Collaborate with the legal and marketing teams to translate complex legal information into clear, engaging content
  • Maintain consistent brand voice and visual style across all platforms
  • Assist with content planning, brainstorming, and social media strategy as needed
  • Coordinate with team members to ensure timely content production and posting


 

Qualifications

  • Experience or education in marketing, communications, advertising, media production, journalism, graphic design, or a related field
  •  Strong interest in visual storytelling, graphic design, and social media content creation
  • Experience creating short-form video content (TikTok, Instagram Reels preferred)
  • Proficiency in graphic design tools (Canva, Figma, Adobe Creative Suite, or similar tools)
  •  Basic video editing skills (CapCut, Adobe Premiere, Final Cut Pro, or similar tools)
  • Ability to simplify complex topics into engaging, easy-to-understand visual and video content
  •  Strong attention to detail, visual consistency, and ability to work independently
  •  Experience with Slack and Google Workspace is a plus
