Regional Sales Manager
Job Description
- Conduct market analysis on your territory to assess competitive positioning, pricing trends, and growth opportunities
- Identify, prospect, and qualify new business opportunities through field outreach and relationship-building
- Engage directly with dental professionals to assess clinical and operational needs, and present tailored solutions
- Manage and nurture client relationships to drive repeat business and increase account production
- Ensure a high standard of customer service through timely communication and proactive support
Qualifications
- Prior sales experience is a plus, but not a must
- Bachelor’s degree required; an MBA degree is a plus
- Demonstrated initiative, strong work ethic, and a results-oriented mindset
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to engage clients effectively
- Resilience in handling objections and navigating a competitive sales environment
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced setting
- Willingness to travel extensively to meet with clients
- Have or are willing to purchase a car for extensive traveling within the assigned territory (Except for certain territory like New York City)
Compensations
- Annual 40k-100k
