Line Cook

Gios Italian Kitchen

We are seeking a dependable and motivated Line Cook to join our kitchen team. The ideal candidate is passionate about food, works well in a fast-paced environment, and takes pride in preparing high-quality dishes consistently.

Responsibilities

  • Prepare and cook menu items according to recipes and standards
  • Set up and stock workstations before service
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization of kitchen areas
  • Follow food safety and sanitation guidelines
  • Work efficiently during busy service periods
  • Communicate effectively with kitchen and front-of-house team members
  • Assist with prep work, inventory, and closing duties as needed

Qualifications

  • Previous kitchen experience preferred but not required
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong work ethic and positive attitude
  • Reliable transportation and dependable attendance
  • Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 50 pounds
  • Weekend and holiday availability preferred
