Entry Level Sales Manager

Pillar Management is expanding in the Chesapeake area and seeking a motivated Entry Level Sales Manager to join our growing team. This role is designed for ambitious individuals ready to launch a leadership career in sales, customer acquisition, and team development. No management experience required — we promote from within and provide comprehensive training.

What You’ll Do

  • Lead face-to-face sales initiatives within assigned territories
  • Build relationships with new and existing customers
  • Support and mentor entry-level sales representatives
  • Track performance metrics and drive team results
  • Assist in campaign planning, execution, and reporting
  • Represent client brands with professionalism and integrity
