THE POSITION

The State of Connecticut, Department of Mental Health and Addiction Services (DMHAS),  is currently seeking a dedicated and experienced Behavioral Health Unit Supervisor.

  • LOCATION135 Holmes Drive, Middletown, CT
  • SCHEDULE: Monday through Friday, 8:00 a.m. to 4:30 p.m.

THE ROLE:

 

  • Provide leadership and day-to-day operational oversight of an acute psychiatric treatment unit serving approximately 17 young adult patients with high-acuity behavioral health needs. 
  • This role supervises and coordinates the work of a multidisciplinary treatment team, ensuring the delivery of high-quality clinical services, effective unit operations, and a therapeutic environment that supports patient recovery.
