Recruiting Intern

The Recruiting Intern will gain exposure to all Human Resources functions while primarily focusing on recruitment, candidate engagement, onboarding support, and talent acquisition initiatives. A successful intern will work collaboratively with the HR team, provide excellent customer service to candidates and employees, and embody our core values and culture.

What You'll Do:
• Assist with recruiting activities, updating job descriptions, screening candidates, and scheduling interviews.
• Attend interviews with hiring managers.
• Communicate with candidates throughout the hiring process and support a positive candidate experience.
• Represent Kidwell at recruiting events.
• Assist with onboarding activities and new hire paperwork.
• Update and maintain HR files, employee records, policies, and SOPs.
• Help create recruiting materials.
• Support employee communications, HR projects, and general administrative tasks.
Do You Have What It Takes?
• Currently pursuing an Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Communications, Marketing, Psychology, or a related field preferred.
• Strong interest in talent acquisition and Human Resources.
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Must have a positive attitude, strong interpersonal skills, and a desire to collaborate with the team.
• Excellent time management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.
• Experience with Microsoft Excel, Outlook, Word, and PowerPoint preferred.
