UI/UX Dsinger - New Graduates

 

About the Role

As a UI/UX Designer, you will play a critical role in shaping the user experience of our innovative products.  For instance, in our educational services like "Smile Zemi," you will focus on improving the UX from the users' perspective to significantly reduce learning dropout rates and enhance engagement.  

Your responsibility goes beyond just creating interfaces; you will dive deep into identifying the essence of users' problems, analyzing their behavior, and designing intuitive, seamless experiences that make our products a natural part of their daily lives.

 

Who We Are Looking For

  • A strong interest in product creation (Monozukuri) and high problem-solving skills.
  • A strong desire for personal and professional growth, with a proactive attitude toward continuous skill improvement.

 

Qualifications / Requirements

Applicants must meet ALL of the following criteria:

  • Expected to graduate with a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree between April 2027 and March 2028.
  • Legally authorized to work in Japan (Please note: Visa sponsorship is NOT provided).
  • Experience in programming (Any programming language is acceptable).
  • Experience in creating products or services (Both personal and team development projects are welcome).

Please note that all interviews and selection processes will be conducted entirely in Japanese.
