Core Responsibilities:

Travel Coordination & Planning: Research, design, and execute tailored itineraries for clients, with a heavy focus on family vacations, resorts, and group logistics.

Client & Portfolio Management: Cultivate a personal book of business through targeted marketing, professional networking, and relationship building.

Vendor Operations: Interface directly with global travel suppliers, cruise lines, and hospitality brands to secure competitive rates, coordinate booking details, and manage client files.

Market Research: Stay up to date on global travel regulations, industry trends, and destination requirements to provide expert guidance to your clients.
