Notoriously Good (NG) is a NYC-based artist management and creative company working across underground dance music, house, UKG, hardgroove, techno, hyperpop, and adjacent scenes.

We are looking for ambitious and culturally plugged-in Artist Management Associates to help discover and develop the next generation of artists. This opportunity is ideal for aspiring artist managers, A&Rs, promoters, DJs, creatives, and music industry professionals looking to gain real-world experience in artist development and management.

Artist Management Associates will work directly with the NG team on:

• Artist scouting and talent discovery
• Artist development strategy
• Release planning and rollout coordination
• Creative direction and branding
• Social media and content strategy
• Industry networking and relationship building
• Event and live side coordination
• Label and DSP research

Associates are encouraged to build and manage their own roster of artists under the NG umbrella while receiving mentorship, strategy guidance, and operational support from the company.

Compensation is commission-based and tied to artist retainers and management participation.

We are looking for individuals who:

• Are deeply passionate about music and culture
• Have strong knowledge of underground and emerging music scenes
• Are proactive, organized, and highly social
• Naturally discover new artists and trends early
• Have experience in music, nightlife, events, content, branding, or artist communities

NYC-based preferred.
