About WeKruit
We're rewiring how startups hire.
Most recruiting products are built like enterprise software. We think that's a mistake.
Finding a job is one of the most important experiences in a person's life, yet most platforms feel transactional, overwhelming, and uninspiring. We're building a consumer-first experience that makes career discovery engaging, rewarding, and genuinely enjoyable.
We're looking for a Product Manager who thinks deeply about user behavior. Someone who gets excited about activation funnels, retention curves, habit loops, and what makes people come back day after day.
If you've ever found yourself analyzing why a game, social app, or consumer product is addictive, keep reading.
What You'll Build
- Own key consumer product experiences from idea to launch
- Design features that improve user activation, engagement, retention, and referrals
- Identify opportunities to make job discovery and career growth feel more interactive and rewarding
- Define product requirements, prioritize roadmaps, and work closely with design and engineering teams
- Use data, user research, and experimentation to drive product decisions
- Run A/B tests and analyze user behavior to uncover growth opportunities
- Develop onboarding experiences that help users reach value as quickly as possible
- Shape engagement systems, rewards, progression loops, and social features that increase long-term retention
- Work directly with founders to define product strategy and company priorities
Your Product Toolkit
- Product Strategy: User journeys, roadmapping, prioritization, product discovery
- Analytics: Amplitude, Mixpanel, Google Analytics, SQL, dashboards, experimentation
- Research: User interviews, surveys, usability testing, behavioral analysis
- Growth: Activation, retention, engagement, referral systems, lifecycle design
- Collaboration: Figma, Notion, Linear, Jira, product documentation
- AI-Native Product Development: LLM-powered features, AI agents, personalization systems
What We're Looking For
- Degree or equivalent experience in Product Management, Business, Computer Science, Psychology, Economics, HCI, or related field
- Strong understanding of consumer products and user behavior
- Ability to combine qualitative insights with quantitative analysis
- Comfortable working with product metrics and data-driven decision making
- Excellent communication skills and ability to align engineers, designers, and stakeholders
- Strong product intuition — you naturally notice friction, poor UX, and missed opportunities
- You've built something real — a startup, app, side project, community, game, or product with users
- High agency — you don't wait for perfect information to move things forward
Bonus Points
- Experience in gaming, mobile games, gamification, or live-service products
- Deep understanding of retention mechanics, progression systems, achievements, rewards, or social engagement loops
- Experience with consumer social products, creator platforms, marketplaces, or mobile apps
- Familiarity with growth experimentation and product-led growth strategies
- Experience analyzing user funnels and behavioral data
- Technical background that allows you to work effectively with engineers
- You spend time studying products because you're genuinely curious about why people use them
