Customer Service Representative / Print / Graphics

Job Summary

We are seeking a customer-focused professional to join our team as a Customer Service Representative with a background in Graphic Design and Print. This role offers an exciting opportunity to combine your passion for exceptional customer service with your creative skills, supporting clients through their design and printing projects. While experience in graphic design or print is preferred, it is not mandatory - your enthusiasm, communication skills, and willingness to learn are highly valued.  This position is perfect for someone eager to grow their skills in a fast-paced, creative environment.

Duties

• Greeting walk-in customers and answering a multi-line phone system

• Calling customers when projects are complete; receiving payment for completed jobs 

• Copying, scanning, faxing, and printing customer files 

• Assisting customers in determining the print method and media that best fits their project

• Assisting with ordering from vendors and coordinating apparel orders

• Managing our company’s social media posts

• Assisting in our signage/vinyl and bindery departments, as needed 

Experience

• Experience in customer service roles, preferably within the printing industry or related fields such as marketing

• Strong communication skills and ability to work both independently and with a team 

• Basic understanding of graphic design principles and print processes is a plus; training will be provided

• Ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining attention to detail
