We are seeking a hardworking and dependable Bartender to join our signature Six8 Saloon, a welcoming spot where guests gather to relax, enjoy handcrafted drinks, and experience genuine hospitality. This position is located at Alpine Falls Ranch in Superior, MT where you will provide excellent bartending skills, directly support our guest experience and work with our Ranch Manager to ensure outstanding service!

Responsibilities

  • Greet customers and provide professional and friendly service in a timely manner
  • Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages for customers
  • Process and collect payments from customers using the point-of-sale system, handling money, processing credit and debit cards
  • Maintain a clean and organized bar area
  • Stock and maintain bar inventory such as beer, wine, spirits, garnishes, glassware, ice and produce
  • Other duties as assigned

Qualifications

  • Excellent customer service skills
  • Professional appearance is required
  • Friendly, outgoing personality and a positive attitude
  • Ability to stay professional and calm under pressure
  • Resourceful with excellent problem-solving skills
  • Ability to listen and de-escalate any customer concerns
  • Retail math knowledge of pricing and inventory management
  • Experienced in food handling with a strong understanding of hygiene and safety standards
  • Must be able to work weekends, evenings and holidays
  • Must have reliable transportation and a valid driver's license

Education and/or Experience

  • High school diploma or equivalent; bachelor’s degree in hospitality or related field preferred
  • 4+ years bartending experience

Compensation & Benefits

  • $15/hour plus tips
