Social Media Manager

Social Media Manager - Content & Executive Brand | Onsite - Atlanta |  A new challenge awaits!

What are we looking for?

  • 3+ years of experience managing social media for a brand, executive, founder, or corporate organization
  • Strong writing and storytelling skills with the ability to adapt tone and voice across multiple executives and content formats
  • Deep understanding of LinkedIn and professional social platforms — audience growth, engagement strategy, and platform best practices
  • Experience capturing and editing short-form video using mobile-first tools such as CapCut or Instagram native editing
  • Proven ability to manage a content calendar independently and handle multiple priorities in a part-time capacity
  • Experience with social media management platforms such as Sprout Social, Hootsuite, Later, or similar
  • AI-first mindset with hands-on experience using AI tools to improve content creation and workflow efficiency
  • Experience partnering directly with senior leaders and C-suite stakeholders on content strategy and execution

Nice-to-have

  • Experience managing a founder's or Chief Executive Officer's personal brand on LinkedIn or similar platforms
  • Familiarity with e-commerce, logistics, supply chain, or technology industries
  • Basic graphic design skills using Canva, Adobe Express, or similar tools
  • Experience integrating social efforts with public relations, events, and broader brand campaigns
  • Demonstrated track record of building engaged audiences and thought leadership programs over time
