About This Role

This is a contract position running approximately 5–6 months, supporting a focused digital campaign effort on behalf of a JCI client. The role is designed for someone who can hit the ground running on digital execution — managing content, maintaining platforms, and helping drive campaign momentum from launch through close.

As a Digital Campaign Associate, you will be an embedded member of the campaign team, executing across social media, web, design, and communications — with opportunities to take ownership of specific workstreams as the campaign progresses. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who wants real, hands-on campaign experience with a deadline and a deliverable.

Key Responsibilities

  • Managing multiple social media channels in support of campaign goals
  • Designing, writing, and scheduling content across platforms
  • Editing and uploading short-form video content
  • Updating and maintaining client and company websites
  • Graphic design for digital and print campaign assets
  • Writing materials tied to campaign messaging
  • Designing and producing presentations and reports
  • Supporting media outreach and tracking coverage
  • Research, monitoring, and campaign performance analysis
  • Administering and maintaining the campaign content calendar

Skills & Experience Required

  • Strong copywriting and digital content skills
  • Experience creating and scheduling social media content
  • Proficiency with tools including Squarespace or Wix, Canva, social media scheduling platforms (Buffer, Loomly, etc.), and Constant Contact
  • Ability to manage a content calendar across a multi-month campaign timeline
  • Comfortable working on a defined project timeline with clear milestones and deadlines
  • Experience with podcast and/or video editing software (GarageBand, Premiere Pro, CapCut) preferred
  • Strong communication skills and ability to collaborate with a team in person and remotely

AI Fluency

  • Experience using AI tools (ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini, etc.) for content creation, research, or workflow efficiency is expected
  • Experience building or customizing AI tools — such as custom GPTs, prompt libraries, automation workflows, or AI-assisted pipelines — is a strong plus but not required

Education

Undergraduate senior or graduate student in Strategic Public Relations, Communications, Public Diplomacy, Public Policy, Public Administration, or Business/Marketing preferred.
