π What Youβll Be Doing:
βοΈ Build, update, and maintain websites using Wix and WordPress
π Research websites of industry peers, competitors, and top firms to identify best practices in layout, messaging, UX, and design
π§ Develop and recommend a web strategy that reflects real-world insight and aligns with our business goals
π¨ Design sleek, modern pages for services, case studies, and leadership content
π² Optimize for mobile, performance, and responsiveness
π Assist with basic SEO, Google Analytics, and site performance tracking
π€ Collaborate directly with marketing and company leadership β your voice will be heard!

π What Weβre Looking For:
π©βπ» Currently enrolled in college & eligible to receive academic credit
π Experience or comfort with Wix and/or WordPress
π Strong research skills β you know how to dig into competitors and synthesize findings into actionable ideas
π― Detail-oriented with a good eye for design, flow, and user experience
π§ Hungry to learn, build, and create something you can proudly showcase in your portfolio
π Organized, proactive, and able to manage your time independently
