URBN is an AI-powered, hyper local platform that connects verified residents within the same apartment or condominium building. By combining social networking, community engagement, property technology, and local business partnerships, URBN is transforming how people connect where they live.
As we launch and scale across major cities, we’re looking for a highly motivated Sales & Growth Intern to help drive adoption among apartment communities, condominium buildings, property management companies, and local businesses.
Responsibilities
- Identify, prospect, and build relationships with apartment buildings, condominium communities, property managers, and real estate developers
- Conduct outreach via email, phone, LinkedIn, and in person networking
- Schedule and participate in sales meetings, demos, and partnership presentations
- Help secure building partnerships and onboard new properties to the URBN platform
- Develop relationships with local businesses interested in advertising and promotional opportunities through URBN
- Maintain and update CRM records, sales pipelines, and partnership opportunities
- Work directly with the Founder & CEO to execute growth initiatives and expansion strategies
Requirements
- Minimum 2-3 years of experience in sales, business development, account management, customer acquisition, or relationship-building roles (internships and leadership positions count)
- Strong communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills
- Comfortable making cold calls, sending outreach emails, and initiating conversations with decision makers
- Highly organized with strong attention to detail and follow through
- Self-starter with a proactive, entrepreneurial mindset
- Results driven and motivated by achieving goals
- Ability to work independently while managing multiple projects
- Professional demeanor and confidence interacting with business leaders, property managers, and local business owners
- Interest in startups, real estate, proptech, technology, or business development is preferred
