Outbound Insurance Agent

Our salary starts at $45,000 per year with monthly commissions, and only goes up from there. This is a Base + Commission role paid through a W2.

OTE is $85,000/yr with the top 50% of reps earning $100,000+.

Here is what a typical day looks like:

• Make a high volume of phone calls to provided warm leads.
• Accept Live Transfers from Telemarketing Team with prospects ready to talk!
• Share the value of being properly protected by your insurance policy
• Tell stories of insurance claims gone right AND wrong.
• Engage in daily practice and drills to improve your skills.
• Make a difference in people's lives by protecting their every day risk!
• Learn every day and practice with your team.

Responsibilities of a Remote Inside Sales Representative

• Manage and organize a sales pipeline
• Make outbound calls to provided qualified, warm leads
• Act as an advocate for our clients by advising them on potential risk
• Recommend tailored insurance coverages specific to each customer
• Represent the company in a positive light by always doing what's right for the client
