With over 500 partners across the United States and Canada, we provide modern software that helps facilities, leagues, and clubs streamline operations and boost revenues.
We’re now hiring a Business Development Associate (BDA) with a strong focus on volleyball. This is an ideal role for someone who has played at a high level and wants to bring that same passion, discipline, and competitive drive to sales.
What You’ll Do
- Engage volleyball facilities, clubs, academies, and organizations, showing how Playbook can automate operations and increase revenues.
- Prospect and connect with new clients through calls, emails, social media, and event-based outreach.
- Schedule and prepare high-quality software demos with top-tier prospects.
- Partner with Account Executives on demos, relationship building, proposals, and closing deals.
What We’re Looking For
- 1–2 years of sales or business development experience.
- Strong volleyball background (collegiate level a big plus).
- Bonus: Experience at a volleyball facility or prior experience in our industry.
- Competitive, coachable, and eager to grow in a high-performance environment.
