Videography & Camera Operator Internship (Unpaid & 1 year minimum)

Poseidon Holdings, in partnership with the innovative Conundrum Records, is seeking a dedicated and talented Videography & Camera Operator Intern to join our dynamic team in Miami. This internship offers a unique opportunity to engage with professionals at the intersection of music and film, capturing visually compelling stories that resonate with audiences globally.

Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with creative teams from both Poseidon Holdings, Fine Art of Hip Hop (non-profit) and Conundrum Records to plan and execute diverse video shoots.
- Operate high-quality 4K video cameras to capture extraordinary footage that aligns with project goals.
- Participate in virtual meetings weekly to discuss creative direction and project timelines.
- Attend on-site shoots at least three times a month, with potential increased frequency based on project demands.
- Ensure video content meets the high standards set by Poseidon Holdings, showcasing artistic and technical excellence.

Qualifications:
- Must have access to, or own, a high-quality 4K video camera.
- Experience or educational background in film, video production, treatment creation, creative direction or related field is preferred.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to work effectively within a team.
- Reliable transportation for traveling to shoot locations (note: meetings are conducted virtually).

- Familiarity with the music industry and experience in music video production is a plus.
- Proficiency in video editing, social media management, or marketing is an additional asset.
