Job Description:
Scope: Purpose of the position
The purpose of this position is to support the execution of digital marketing and ecommerce initiatives across multiple channels. This role plays an active part in helping the team run day-to-day campaigns, maintain the digital storefront, and keep projects moving efficiently.
This role is structured around three key areas: ecommerce and website, AI and performance marketing, and email marketing. Interns will get real exposure to the tools, platforms, and workflows our team uses every day, with the opportunity to grow their skills across a modern digital marketing operation.
Responsibilities:
Ecommerce & Website
- Learn how a fast-growing ecommerce brand operates its digital storefront by assisting with day-to-day website updates, product page edits, and site merchandising on Shopify.
- Help audit the website by reviewing pages for user-facing errors, broken links, and UI/UX inconsistencies, and flagging anything that could impact the customer experience.
- Support Amazon channel management and get hands-on experience with listing management, product detail page optimization, and monitoring performance across a key digital channel.
- Assist with digital wholesale outreach and help maintain consistency in how the brand shows up across wholesale partner channels.
AI & Performance Marketing
- Get exposure to paid media operations by helping with the organization and management of creative assets used across Meta and other digital advertising channels.
- Assist with pulling basic performance data and learn how the team uses reporting to evaluate and improve campaign results.
- Gain hands-on experience with AI tools such as Claude and others, contributing to content creation, research tasks, and workflow efficiency as we continue to build out our AI capabilities.
Email Marketing
- Learn the end-to-end process of email marketing by helping build, schedule, and deploy campaigns through Klaviyo.
- Develop skills in audience segmentation and list management while supporting the team with campaign organization and A/B testing.
- Support the email briefing process by helping gather campaign requirements, organize content inputs, and keep briefs up to date so campaigns are set up for smooth execution.
Requirements:
- Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.
- Strong attention to detail with the ability to juggle multiple tasks and stay organized.
- Comfortable working across different projects and stakeholders at the same time.
- Clear written and verbal communication skills.
- Comfortable with Microsoft Office or Google Workspace.
- Familiarity with or genuine interest in platforms like Shopify, Klaviyo, Meta Ads Manager, and Amazon is a plus.
