Founding Social Media & Content Growth Lead

grinbox is making sending gifts safe and easy. We're looking for one founding-level operator who can turn the brand into a movement on TikTok, Instagram, and inside real social circles.

About the position

This is not a traditional marketing internship. It's a founding growth role for someone who understands content, culture, creators, and how people actually discover products today.

You'll help shape how grinbox shows up across short-form, creator networks, campuses, and real social circles. The goal is simple: make grinbox feel obvious, useful, and shareable.

What you'll do

  • Create and test short-form content ideas
  • Help run TikTok, Instagram, and creator campaigns
  • Find creators, ambassadors, and early users
  • Turn gifting moments into content angles
  • Track what performs and double down fast
  • Build repeatable growth loops around gifting, referrals, and social proof

Who we're looking for

  • Highly online: you understand TikTok and Instagram culture deeply
  • Strong taste:  you know what feels cringe vs. compelling
  • Comfortable creating, posting, testing, and iterating in public
  • Socially sharp: you can spot the people who actually move others
  • Technically capable: comfortable with analytics, content tooling, and shipping without waiting on engineering
  • Bonus: hands-on with AI tools - generative video, image, copy, automation - and a sense for where they sharpen the work vs. where they cheapen it

Compensation

Milestone-based equity incentives tied to scope and impact. Strategic direction to be agreed upon with selected candidate.
