Position Summary
Leads campaign event planning and execution while supporting the broader field operations strategy. Ensures that rallies, town halls, canvasses, and community engagements are organized, professional, and mission-aligned, contributing directly to voter engagement, visibility, and grassroots momentum across the district.


 

Key Responsibilities

Plan, coordinate, and oversee campaign events and public field activities

Manage event logistics, scheduling, staffing, materials, and on-site execution

Support the Field Director in implementing and advancing district-wide field strategies

Collaborate with communications, outreach, and volunteer teams to maximize event turnout and engagement

Ensure all field events are consistent with campaign messaging and foster strong community relationships

Track event outcomes and provide feedback to field leadership to inform strategy and improvements
