Marketing and Content Strategy Lead

We are looking for someone creative, scrappy, and excited to take full ownership of our marketing, social media, communications, and advertising efforts. This is a great role for someone early in their career who wants the autonomy to prove real responsibility, creative freedom, and their ability to build a brand from the ground up. The ultimate requirement is strong ideas, good communication skills, consistency, and the ability to move fast.

What You’ll Do

You will essentially own Stockpot’s marketing presence. That includes:

  • Creating and managing content for TikTok, Instagram, LinkedIn, and other relevant platforms
    • This can involve managing networks of UGCs, learning from other applications, and generating content. Flexibility is high here based on where you want to grow and see potential for Stockpot!
  • Developing short-form video ideas, captions, graphics, and social campaigns
  • Helping shape Stockpot’s brand voice and messaging
  • Running creative growth experiments to increase app awareness, users, and engagement
  • Writing marketing copy for posts, emails, ads, landing pages, and announcements
  • Identifying trends and turning them into relevant content for Stockpot
  • Helping build partnerships with student groups, creators, food pages, campus organizations, and local communities
  • Supporting advertising efforts, including ad concepts, copy, creative direction, and campaign ideas
  • Tracking what works and using performance data to improve future campaigns

Why This Role Matters

Right now, Stockpot needs someone who can help turn a strong product into a recognizable brand. A lot of people struggle with the same everyday problems: they do not know what to cook, they waste food, they forget what ingredients they have, they overspend on groceries, or they get tired of eating the same meals.

Your job will be to communicate those pain points in a way that feels relatable, creative, and engaging. You will help people understand why Stockpot is useful, why it saves time, and why it makes cooking easier.
